Brief
The client needed an agency that could quickly create a new corporate brand for their property development company. We were tasked with suggesting new names for the organization. Once the name was defined, we began our branding development process to create a unique new look for the company.
Approach
We presented a series of new brand ideas that emphasize the traditional aspect of the brief while incorporating contemporary symbols. The new brand should convey that the company has been established for a long time and project a sophisticated, corporate image.

Logo design and development
Our logo design process involves several rounds of development. First, we receive a brief from the client and conduct market research into their competitors. We can then brainstorm several ideas and present these to the client.
During the second and third rounds, we refine the chosen logos, fonts, and colours before selecting a final design. The designs ranged from similar iconography, more illustrative designs and a typographical approach

Early on in the project, we establish the goals and mission statement that would go on to define the brand and the process.
Website
Chaloner Group required a new website to showcase their years of expertise in property investing. The site needed to complement the new brand by having a sophisticated feel. It included content for the company's projects while showcasing the scale of each project.
The company planned to expand beyond the North East, so the site had to demonstrate Chaloner's expertise and credibility to new investors.
